POSTAL INFORMATION

1. We deliver using POS LAJU to Peninsular & East Malaysia.
2. For International delivery, we will be using POS LAJU or International Register.
3. For Peninsular Malaysia, standard rate is RM 5.00 however it is subject to the total parcel weight. 
4. Different charges will apply if the parcel is more than 500 gm. FAZZ Cotton Shop will advise the final postal charges upon order confirmation.
5. For East Malaysia, standard rate is RM 7.00 however it is subject to the total parcel weight. Different charges will apply if the parcel is more than 500 gm. FAZZ Cotton Shop will advise the final postal charges upon order confirmation.
6. For International Delivery, please email order@fazzcottonshop.com to get the final postal charges upon order confirmation as different country has different rate.

Based on our past experience, if you get "Record Not Found" while tracking your parcel, that could mean the post office has not scanned the slip yet or probably they are in the midst of upgrading their online tracking system. If you are not able to view your tracking info through the website, please call Poslaju Customer Service at 1 300 300 300, cause they will be able to assist you with information you could not find online.
