•  FAZZ Cotton Shop will reply to your order within 24 HOURS.
•  After 24 hours, please CHECK JUNK MAIL, SPAM, TRASH, BOX BE if you don’t receive any mail on your inbox.
•  Sometimes our email may land on those folders.
•  Payment details will be sending through email.
• Please REPLY WITH THE SAME EMAIL WE SENT YOU FOR PROOF OF PAYMENT AND CHANGES IN ORDERED ITEM.
• Your order WILL BE RELEASED IF WE DID NOT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS
• Delivery lead IS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS. FAZZ Cotton Shop will try to deliver it earlier at the best available opportunity.
• If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, do worry, it is totally fine.  All you need to do is to inform FAZZ Cotton Shop the moment you change your mind.
